s p e c i e s – the research-based performance initiated at the laboratory of La Fabrique de La Danse (Paris, France) and evolved during the artistic residency at Lijiang Studio (Lijiang, China).
It explores the connection between the contemporary lifestyle of society and the human species’ neuropsychological mechanisms emboldened by globalized culture, as well as questions whether the ecological indifference capable of jeopardizing humanity’s existence is predetermined by human nature.
物 种 是在法国巴黎La Fabrique de La Danse实验室发起的，并在丽江工作室（中国丽江）的居住期间有所发展的基于研究表现的一场演出。它探讨了当代社会生活方式与全球化文化所大胆的人类物种神经心理机制之间的联系，以及能够危害人类生存的生态冷漠是否由其性质预先确定的问题。
